The introduction to Travel & Tourism Award is industry recognised and aims to give you an understanding of how the Travel & Tourism industry works. You will also learn the different roles within the industry, understand worldwide destinations, the importance of customer service, working as part of a team, UK Travel & Tourism destinations, corporate travel, catering and hospitality, event planning and health and safety.
The objective of the course is to equip you with the necessary skills required to enable you to find at least a junior job role within this industry and prepare you for employment.
